Areas of focus

Climate leadership & experience

With roots in the UK and a career built in Canada, Charlotte brings a uniquely global lens to climate communications. She has led programs across North America and Europe, including the award-winning global launch of Carbon Engineering’s Direct Air Capture technology, which earned both a Gold Stevie Award and a PR Daily Award.

Charlotte partners with climate innovators, nonprofits, and impact-driven companies to build communications strategies that do more than inform: they inspire stakeholders to take meaningful climate action, from investors and policymakers to communities on the frontlines of climate change.

She has supported climate-action leaders across:

  • Sustainable industry and clean technology
  • Decarbonization and carbon removal
  • Conservation and ecosystem restoration
  • Climate adaptation and resilience
  • Climate justice and equity-driven initiatives

Thought leadership and ecosystem impact

A committed advocate for using communications as a catalyst for climate progress, Charlotte speaks regularly on the role of narrative in driving climate action. She has delivered guest lectures at Queen’s University, the University of Georgia, and Mount Royal University, sharing practical frameworks for turning climate science and solutions into stories that resonate.

Charlotte has also served three consecutive years as a judge for the Synergy Foundation’s Net Zero Incubator Program, supporting entrepreneurs advancing circular-economy innovation and helping them sharpen their impact narratives.

Community climate action

Charlotte’s dedication to climate action extends beyond client work. She has mobilized community engagement for Vancouver’s annual Climate Strikes, including securing more than 100 B Corp CEO signatures in 2019 calling for urgent climate action.

Whether she’s advising climate-tech founders or activating local business leaders, Charlotte champions the power of collective voice in accelerating the transition to a low-carbon, climate-just future.

Life beyond the office

Outside of work, Charlotte can usually be found on North Vancouver’s trails in her barefoot runners, catching (baby) waves on her surfboard, or exploring BC’s wild spaces with her two nature-loving sons and her spirited cockapoo. Time spent in nature keeps her grounded in what’s at stake, and fuels the urgency and optimism she brings to her work in climate communications.
