Conserving BC’s biological diversityEveryone is impacted by climate change, but not in the same way. Taking an empathic, nuanced and inclusive approach finding climate solutions will ensure people and the planet are protected.
Low-income communities are more likely to be exposed to and experience negative impacts from climate change. We know that community-driven solutions are key to tackling climate change, and these actions must be endorsed and driven by those who are impacted most.
We believe that everyone deserves a healthy home, food security and access to clean air and water. We champion climate justice and work to elevate intersectional voices through deep listening, true collaboration and creative problem solving.
If your organization is working to address the social, economic, public health, and other adverse impacts of climate change, Yulu’s environment and climate justice team can maximize your changemaking abilities and amplify your impact.
