Sales Centre Launch
Yulu launched the opening of the sales centre for Marquee on The Drive. During the one-month campaign, Marquee on The Drive was feature in Vancouver-based and national publications spanning across architecture, real estate, business, and lifestyle.
The Challenge
In the spring of 2014, Yulu was recruited to bring attention to the opening of the sales centre for Marquee on The Drive. Yulu was tasked with highlighting a brand new development in Vancouver?s Commercial Drive area, where many community members have close ties to the original fabric of the neighbourhood ? in a city where new developments pop up almost daily.
The Solution
In order to generate buzz around the development and the opening of its sales centre Yulu did a site visit to discover the unique stories that are a part of the building?s structure and history. To catch the media?s attention, Yulu positioned Marquee not just as a new (and affordable) development, but as ?Vancouver?s most recycled building.?
The Result
During the one-month campaign, Marquee on The Drive was featured in Vancouver-based and national publications spanning across architecture, real estate, business, and lifestyle. Marquee was covered in outlets that include Curbed Vancouver, Business in Vancouver, Huffington Post B.C., News 1130, Canadian Architect, and Yahoo! Finance Canada. The success of the project also led to a live- interview for the project?s lead architect on Shaw TV?s The Rush.
